The present Harbour Masters and Police Boat Excavation House having been rendered unavailable by the extension of the Bowring Praya in front of the Marine Lots lately sold in the immediate vicinity; it was resolved by His Excellency The Governor to sell the present Boat house with the Land @ 7 stands, and which were sold at the Land sale of the 21st July; the present Estimate is to provide for the erection of a commodious boat house at the East end of the Plaza, to meet the increased requirements of those Departments of the Public Service.
